Ridgeview Village offers long-term care options for those unable to live independently at home.

For patients requiring an extended placement, we honor the opportunity to help residents and families create a home for their loved one at our community. The most common needs of residents in our long-term care program include medical management and assistance with activities of daily living such as transitioning in and out of bed, feeding, bathing and dressing.

Additionally, our Restorative team works closely with our in-house therapists to design individual programs for walking, strengthening, range of motion, pain management, and group exercises. Our long-term care program offers specialized nursing care, diverse recreational activities and supportive social services catered to the resident’s individual needs. In addition, a physician will oversee you or your loved one’s medical care alongside our interdisciplinary team of licensed professionals.

We encourage family to become involved in helping us create a living space that has familiar items from home. Whatever your needs, we are here to help. For some residents, we are able to restore them to a level of function that enables them to return home. For those who cannot live safely on their own, we are committed to making them feel at home within our warm and caring residential community.
